Merchandise Give Away terms and conditions: 
 

1. Eligibility: 

  • To be eligible for our Free Merch Prize draw you must provide a valid email address and be subscribed at the time of draw

  • Location Restrictions:
    Open to UK residents only.

  • Multiple Entries:
    Only one entry per person

     

2. Entry Period: 

  • Entry is open whilst the "Free Merch" page is active and can be closed at anytime. 
     

3. How to Enter: 

  • Simply provide your email address and agree to subscribe to our newsletter.
     

4. Prizes: 

  • Stealth Branded Merchandise including, Travel Mugs, Key Rings, Chopping boards, Bottle Openers and T-Shirts

  • Prizes are non-transferability and no cash alternative.

  • Prizes may be substituted for a similar item of equal or higher value. 
     

5. Selection and Notification of Winners: 

  • Selection Method:
    1 Winner will be selected at random each Quarter, from those actively subscribed. 

  • Notification Process:
    Winners will be contacted via the email address provided for the Newsletter subscription
     

  • Claim Period:
    Winners have 7 working days from the date of the draw / email notification to select their preferred prize and provide a Name and UK address for it to be sent to.
     

  • Public Announcement:
    Winners first name and town may be published in our Newsletter. 


6. Disclaimers and Limitations: 

  • Liability: Stealth Outdoor Living Limited are not liable for any issues related to the giveaway (including but not limited to, product failures, technical problems, lost entries, lost deliveries, consequential loss). 

  • No warranty is provided with any giveaway items

  • Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time. 

  • Governing Law:  UK governing law and jurisdiction will apply to any disputes.

  • Unsubscribe Timing: It could take up to 30 days for your unsubscription to take place however we aim to complete this as soon as possible.
