Customer Referral Scheme – Terms and Conditions

By participating in Stealth Outdoor Living Ltd's Customer Referral Scheme, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
The referral scheme is open to existing customers of Stealth Outdoor Living Ltd or Potential customers that are subscribed to the Stealth Newsletter.
("Referrer") who refer new customers ("Referred Customer") to Stealth Outdoor Living Ltd.

The Referred Customer must be a new customer who has not previously engaged with or purchased from Stealth Outdoor Living Ltd.

Referrers and Referred Customers must be residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or over.

2. Referral Reward
Where a Referrer is an existing or past customer of Stealth Outdoor Living Ltd, both the Referrer and the Referred Customer will each receive a £100 reward (“Referral Reward”) subject to the terms below.

Where a Referrer is an existing subscribed member of the Stealth Newsletter, both the Referrer will receive a £50 reward (“Referral Reward”) subject to the terms below.

The Referral Reward will be issued once the Referred Customer completes a qualifying purchase with Stealth Outdoor Living Ltd, as defined by the company.
The qualifying purchase of both Referrer and Reffered Customer must meet a minimum spend of £4,000 and must not be cancelled or refunded.

3. Reward Delivery
Where eligible the Referred Customer will receive their reward in the form of a discount on the current purchase price.
Referral Rewards will be paid by bank transfer to the Referrer within 30 days after payment of any final balance of the qualifying purchase.

4. Referral Process

Referrals must be made clear on the initial communication with the company by providing the email address, name and address of the referring customer.
Self-referrals are not permitted and will not be rewarded.

5. Limitations and Exclusions
Stealth Outdoor Living Ltd reserves the right to withhold or cancel Referral Rewards in cases of suspected fraud, misuse of the scheme, or breach of these terms.
The Referral Reward is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

6. Changes and Termination
Stealth Outdoor Living Ltd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the referral scheme at any time without notice.
Any changes will not affect rewards already earned and confirmed prior to the change.

7. General
This scheme cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.
These terms and conditions are governed by UK law.
